Joy’s session on behavior assessment was transformative. After listening to Mr. Joy B Hans, DTM gave lot of information about my leadership style.
My scores for each of the styles were as follows:
Analytical: 32
Driver: 32
Expressive: 21
Amiable: 35
My lowest score was for expressive which as per Joy was due to my style of not being expressive or low on influencing or persuading others. This can be overcome by making an effort to talk to one stranger every day.
The other thing was my score being high on Amiable showed my behavior to please others and sometimes to the extent of ignoring myself.
To conclude it was an excellent session giving us an opportunity to look at the way we behave and how to improve on them.

The session was sublime, and it gave me many learnings. Firstly, it helps me to introspect myself to know my core (Who am I really as a leader?). Secondly, I was able to comprehend my own leadership patterns. On Top of everything, DTM Joy has depicted the DISC wonderfully that make us aware of what we must do to thrive in every aspect of our life. Special thanks to all for this session which supports to delve myself to become a phenomenal leader as well as becoming the best version of me.
